Overview
Installing our serviceminder Mobile App is easy with iOS or Android. Simply go to the App Store or Google Play and search "serviceminder." The app officially supports the most current and previous major operating systems. As of December 2024, the official supported operating systems are iOS 17/18 and Android 14/15.
You'll see our app and our logo:
Once you install the app, open it and log in with your serviceminder User name and password. Please note that we utilize over-the-air updates, so when there's an update - you'll see the button at the bottom right for that update.

Make sure you are a user who has Mobile App permissions from your organization
