Canceled Appointments Now Flow Through the DataSubscriber Feed API
If your brand uses the DataSubscriber Feed API to keep an outside system — like a customer portal or a franchisor dashboard — in sync with ServiceMinder, canceled appointments now show up in that feed.
Previously, the feed only queued an event when an appointment was completed or truly deleted. Canceling an appointment didn't send anything, so a connected system had no way to know the job was no longer active — it just kept showing as scheduled.
Now, canceling an appointment queues a new event type in the feed. And because a cancellation can be undone, restoring a canceled appointment sends that same event again to let your integration know the appointment is active once more.
No setup is needed on your end — this is included automatically for any brand already using the DataSubscriber Feed API.
