The updates described in this article will be available in the iOS app on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. Corresponding Android updates will follow soon.
Easier Offer Codes and Repeat Parts in the Mobile App
What's Changing
Adding parts in the mobile app now handles two situations that used to trip people up: finding an offer code, and adding the same part more than once.
Offer codes are easier to find.
Offer codes now appear in their own section at the top of the Add Parts screen, so you don't have to search for them. If you do search, you can find an offer code by its code or by the name of the part behind it. When a part is tied to an offer code, the part is still available, but it's labeled Part only: offer code not applied so you can tell it apart from the offer code that applies your discount or markup.

The same part can go on more than one line.
After selecting Add Line Item, if you tap a part that's already on a proposal, appointment, or invoice, the app now asks whether to Add Another Line or Edit Existing Line.
Add another line when each one needs its own details, like two units of the same paint in different colors, each with its own custom field values.
Where to Find It
Both changes are on the Add Line Items screen, where you add parts to a proposal, appointment, or invoice.
Choose Light, Dark, or System Appearance in the Mobile App
You can now choose how the mobile app looks when you're using it. Go to More > Preferences > Appearance and select System, Light, or Dark.
- System follows your phone's appearance setting, the way the app has always worked.
- Choose Light or Dark if you'd rather the app look the same no matter what your phone is set to. The change applies right away.
